Smoothies
Ingredients
2 handfuls of mixed berries, 1 ripe banana
· 500ml orange juice
400 medium natural yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tsp of honey
1 squeezed fresh lime juice
Method
Place the assorted berries, banana and orange juice in blender and blend.
Add yogurt, vanilla flavouring, honey and lime juice and blend again
Pour the Smoothie into 4 glasses and serve chilled.
